The initial phone  consult is free. For many people picking up the phone to ask for help can be very intimidating. It's normal to feel apprehensive. After all, you are talking to a stranger about your private self. I encourage you to take the time you need and share as you are comfortable. Over the phone, we can discuss your areas of concern and how you may benefit from psychotherapy.
